1. Saint Layers intends to deliver any of your Product(s) to the delivery address designated by you with domestic logistic partner JNE or J&T and International logistic partner Ray Speed Asia.
2. Saint Layers intends to deliver the Product(s) within the shipping time that Saint Layers predicts and indicates at the time you place an order (and when Saint Layers sends you an Order Confirmation), but Saint Layers may not, at the time you place an Order, guarantee the exact day or the time you will receive an Order Confirmation. Saint Layers agrees that at any time it intends to try to deliver the goods within 2 business days from the day of the Goods Order, however, Saint Layers may not guarantee the exact arrival time of delivery of the goods.
3. Saint Layers intends to notify you immediately in the event of any delay in shipping the goods to you beyond the estimated shipping time. However, under the limitation permitted by law, Saint Layers has no responsibility for any losses, shortages, expenses, damages or additional costs arising from the delay in shipping.
4. At the time of receiving your Product(s), you may be required to sign a receipt of the goods. You agree to inspect the goods first to check in case of any damages, shortages or errors prior to signing the receipt of your ordered goods. You should keep your Order receipt in case it may be needed at a later date for discussion with Saint Layers regarding the Product(s).
5. Please be aware of any possibility that Saint Layers may not be able to deliver to certain locations. If this is the case, Saint Layers will notify you using the contact information provided to Saint Layers at the time you place your Order and Saint Layers will immediately arrange for cancellation of the Order, or suggest delivery to any other alternative address.
6. Saint Layers shall deliver any goods using standard packaging of Saint Layers. If you have any request for packaging other than Saint Layers’s standards, Saint Layers may impose a fee for the request.
7. Titles and all risks to a product will pass to you upon signing of a receipt of goods as a proof that you have received the product, save that in the event of any delay in delivering the goods due to a violation of your responsibilities as referred to herein, the risks will pass on the date on which the delivery of goods has arrived. Under the limits determined by the applicable laws and regulations, from the time the responsibility for these risks passes to you, Saint Layers will not be liable for any losses or damages to the goods once the titles of the product pass to you.
8. You have to be careful when unboxing your goods so as to prevent them from being damaged, particularly when you use sharp things.
9. You must ensure that you can safely receive your ordered goods without delay and within the time determined by Saint Layers.
10. In the event that you are unable to receive your Order delivery, Saint Layers may immediately leave a card containing instructions for re-delivery or means to collect the goods from the carrier designated by Saint Layers.
11. In the event that the delivery of goods or the collection of goods by yourself as referred to in the provision 10 above, is delayed due to your refusal to receive the goods as the result of any errors not caused by Saint Layers, or if you do not (within two weeks of Saint Layers’s first attempt to deliver the goods to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, Saint Layers will (without affecting the rights or indemnity rights of Saint Layers) do any or both of the following:
a) Charge a fee from you when you finally decide to collect such goods for a reasonable storage fee as long as the goods are not collected and any other reasonable costs incurred by Saint Layers; or
b) Make the Goods to be no longer available for delivery or collection and Saint Layers will notify you that Saint Layers will annul the Contract bound to the Order. Saint Layers will immediately refund to you or to your company credit card or debit card in accordance with the payment you have made according to the relevant Contract, provided that the refunded money shall be reduced by an administrative fee, (including any expenses of Saint Layers for attempting to deliver and return the Product, and the storage fees as mentioned by Saint Layers in provision 11 above).
12. You are liable for ensuring that the Product(s) are sufficient and satisfy your wishes and your requirements. Saint Layers makes no assurance whether the product(s) will meet your requirements. You accept that the product(s) are standard and not promised to meet any requirements you may have.
13. You agree that once payment has been made, you may not request for a purchase cancellation for any reason.
14. You understand that in the event of unavailability of any product(s) at the time of ordering for any reason, Saint Layers will notify you via e-mail, short message, or telephone as listed in the Website that the product is currently not available and will ask your willingness to wait, make a refund, or any other options. Refund process shall be made no later than 14 business days upon receipt of notification.
